ABOUT POSTURE POWER WELLNESS
Meet the Therapist-Led Team Behind Your Strength
We're a Denver Pilates and pelvic floor studio built on one belief: wellness is a right, not a privilege. We specialize in women's health, and we welcome every body.
OUR STORY
Where Clinical Care Meets Joyful Movement
After more than 20 years as a pelvic floor occupational therapist, Shari kept seeing the same gap: women finished therapy with nowhere safe to keep getting stronger. Posture Power Wellness was built to close that gap, blending pelvic floor therapy, Pilates and functional movement into one therapist-led method called CoreRehab. Today we teach at two Denver studios, Congress Park and Central Park, and online through CoreRehab On Demand.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Movement Should Be
Accessible. Sustainable. Evidence-informed. Functional. Empowering. Wellness is a right, not a privilege, so every class is designed to meet you where you are, connecting breath, core, pelvic floor and alignment to the way you move every day. No quick fixes, just real strength that lasts.
FOUNDER · OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST · PILATES TEACHER

Meet Shari Barta
Shari Barta, MS, OTR/L, CPT, NCPT, PCES, is a pelvic floor occupational therapist, Pilates educator and the creator of CoreRehab. For more than 20 years she has helped women stop accepting symptoms they were told were normal, because common does not mean normal. She built Posture Power Wellness so clinical expertise and joyful movement could live in the same room, and every teacher here is trained in her CoreRehab approach.
OUR TEACHERS
Trained in Pelvic-Informed Movement
Every Posture Power teacher is trained in the CoreRehab approach, so you get the same expert, therapist-led care in every class, at every studio.
Jenny PILATES TEACHER · STUDIO MANAGER
Jenny was introduced to Pilates in 2016 by her mom back home in Indonesia, and after seeing how much it helped her mom with scoliosis, she was instantly hooked. She completed her teacher training at The Pilates Center in Boulder in 2018, where she studied with several second-generation teachers trained by students of Joseph Pilates, along with many other wonderful, experienced instructors. She is PMA certified. During her own pregnancy in 2019, she learned prenatal Pilates from her mentor, and Pilates supported her through childbirth and her recovery afterward. Today she loves helping women experience the many benefits of Pilates during pregnancy and beyond, and she believes Pilates is for every person at every stage of life.

Abby PILATES TEACHER
Abby is a comprehensively certified BASI Pilates instructor whose background in dance and aerial acrobatics led her to Pilates. With a strong education in psychology and a passion for mental health, she focuses on core strength, pelvic floor health, and a healthy mind-body connection, helping every client feel their strongest and most confident, inside and out.

Maria PHYSICAL THERAPIST · PILATES TEACHER
Maria is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who believes movement is medicine. Experiencing injury firsthand taught her the emotional highs and lows of recovery, and that perspective fuels the empathy, patience, and encouragement she brings to every client. She is currently completing comprehensive Pilates training to integrate core control, alignment, and mindful movement into her practice. By combining hands-on therapy with customized Pilates sessions, Maria helps clients reconnect with their bodies, move without fear, and build resilience for everyday life. Outside the studio, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and soaking up the Colorado sunshine whenever she can.

Her style is encouraging and thoughtful, rooted in helping each person understand and feel confident in their own body.

Daniela YOGA TEACHER · MAT PILATES TEACHER
Daniela is a movement and wellness guide whose teaching is rooted in more than a decade of personal practice. Since 2012, yoga and body awareness have been her anchor through life’s harder seasons, and the teachers who held space for her inspired her to do the same for others. With a 200-hour yoga teacher training and a deep foundation in Kundalini and tantric traditions, she brings an intuitive, personal approach to yin, restorative, and somatic practices, as well as mat Pilates and a fluid Pilates-yoga fusion. Her classes are unhurried and welcoming wherever you are in your journey, and she is expanding her offerings to include sound bath experiences. Her philosophy is simple: the body is wise, and movement is a conversation. Come as you are.

Elizabeth PILATES TEACHER
Elizabeth holds a BS in Biology and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Regis University. She discovered Pilates through her love of physical therapy, movement, and the mind-to-muscle connection, and she brings that same curiosity about how the body works to every class she teaches.

Reema YOGA TEACHER
Reema is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in prenatal, restorative, and aerial yoga. Born and raised in India, she was introduced to yoga by her parents and grew up surrounded by its philosophy, meditation, and mantra chanting. After nearly eight years as an SEO analyst, she turned to yoga for healing during a personal loss and found her true calling. Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, her teaching blends breath, alignment, and mindfulness to create inclusive classes that honor yoga’s deep traditions while supporting modern lifestyles. Her mission is to help others experience the holistic benefits of yoga beyond the physical, fostering balance, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to inner peace.

Christina PILATES TEACHER
Christina discovered Pilates while working in the fast-paced Los Angeles fashion industry, where it quickly became a much-needed outlet for both mind and body. After moving to Colorado in 2021 and welcoming two little boys, she returned to Pilates with renewed purpose and completed her 500-hour teacher training through Lolita’s Legacy™, founded by Pilates Elder Lolita San Miguel. Her teaching style is grounded, restorative, and thoughtfully challenging, so you leave class feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and proud of all it’s capable of.
