
Studio Policies & Expectations
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving 15+ minutes late means joining the session is at the teacher’s discretion, otherwise you will be marked as a No-Show.
Cancellation Policy
All services have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged in full. No-shows on any Unlimited package incur a $15 fee.
Signup Policy
Class registration closes 2 hours before class begins. Classes can be booked up to 4 months ahead of time in WellnessLiving, including recurring bookings.
Refund Policy
Private or class packages may not be exchanged. Refunds are not available for expired or partially used packages. Purchases made after January 31, 2023 expire 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Monthly Memberships auto-renew each month unless we receive a request to cancel before the end of the current billing period. Services do not roll-over between billing cycles. Partial or full refunds are not available if membership is cancelled during the billing cycle.
Studio Expectations
Zippers, Jewelry and Accessories: Jewelry can tear the equipment during use, so we ask you remove them before your session. Zippers on clothing items must be taped down before your service begins.
Shoes & Socks: Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Please remove them in the waiting area before your session. Grip socks are allowed and bare feet encouraged on all equipment.
Cell Phones: Phones must be set to silent in the studio, as does any other non-medical device.
Child & Pet Policy: No pets in the studio, and no unattended children.
Health: Do not come to the studio if you are not feeling well. Call, text, or email the studio to cancel your session.
Casual Interruptions: One of the great things about our big Pilates room is being able to see each other. We ask that you not interrupt another client or teacher's lesson. Send them a text or an email, and they'll get back to you at a later time.
