What to Expect
Each class is designed to challenge clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Every instructor will offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options for each move. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first session to complete paperwork and get acquainted with the studio and equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All classes and privates must be cancelled 12 hours prior to scheduled event. Failure to do so will forfeit session or incur a $15 charge for unlimited memberships.
Refund Policy
Private or class packages may not be exchanged. Refunds are not available for expired or partially used packages.
Signup Policy
Class registration closes 2 hours before class begins. Classes can be booked up to 4 months ahead of time in WellnessLiving, including recurring bookings.
All services have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged in full. No-shows on any Unlimited package incur a $15 fee.
