Hi everyone! It's Katherine and Kimberly here. We just wanted to clarify a couple of things! 1) If you find any document missing, you can let us know at concierge@paipilates.com. Sometimes it's something as simple as clicking off the page until the download is complete! 😳 2) Feel free to use the same email address above if you have any specific PILATES questions.... Shari can of course answer these as well, but please know that you can reach out to us as well. 3) We have updated the page that you all used to sign up, but we need to share with you the most important part: Important Note for Licensed Professionals: The course materials provided in this online platform are geared toward the non-professional fitness instructor. We believe this offers licensed therapists a valuable opportunity to view movement through the lens of "just" a fitness professional, potentially revealing new insights and app…

Hi Everyone,
I am working with PAI to get the updated barrel manual and will get it on the site. I will keep you posted. Sorry for this miss.

I have been in contact with PAI as there were parts missing to the course content. The link for Bio-mechanics and Anatomy weren't added- there was only the manual and the barrel link didn't have the manual attached. These have now been added but you will need to refresh your browser to see them. There will now be 7 sections.

Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. Shannon and I were nerding out today and had an amazing discussion that I wanted to share with all of you.
For years my clients have been telling me how much they enjoy all the different teachers I have but that my class is always different.....I have pondered this and I realized the that special sauce is scaffolding. In therapy land we have lots of names for this skill.....grading, scaffolding, leveling, task analysis. Depending on if you are an OT, PT, or ST we call it something different but it is our ability to scale things to make it achievable by all. This skill is what I bring to every class and private that I teach. You can take one pilates exercise, break it down by the skills and goals, and build a whole series that promotes success. Here …
Rolling Like a Ball
prep
1) Half curl
2)Toe taps
3) Half Roll down
4) Roll over hip lifts
5) Just learning the stabilization of core on and off sits bones with feet off the mat.
I now enjoy this exercise that will hopefully improve my Teaser in time. UGH
Hi Shari! Where can I find the recordings page?
