We believe in meeting everyone where they are at in their wellness journey and offer services that meets everyone's comfort levels. All classes are capped at 6 people for a personal approach, we offer private sessions, and duets. If you are interested in a class check out the schedule below. Class Schedule
All classes have a 12-hour Cancellation Policy.
Each class is designed to challenge clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Every instructor will offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options for each move. All classes are capped at 6 people so everyone gets individual attention.
We are located on the second floor of a shared building, and entry depends on the time of day:
Weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM: Buzz in at the main door to be let inside, then head upstairs and walk all the way down the hall to the left.
After 5:00 PM & weekends: The doors remain locked. Your instructor will come down to open the main door 5 minutes before class, so please arrive on time. Once class has started, we won’t be able to let anyone in.

Important Info
Cancellation Policy
All classes and privates must be cancelled 12 hours prior to scheduled event. Failure to do so will forfeit session or incur a $15 charge for unlimited memberships.
Refund Policy
Private or class packages may not be exchanged. Refunds are not available for expired or partially used packages.
Signup Policy
Class registration closes 2 hours before class begins. Classes can be booked up to 4 months ahead of time in WellnessLiving, including recurring bookings.
