Julene

I completed 158 hours of in-person workshops and 600 external practice hours for my classical pilates teacher training program. I am NCPT certified as of 2023 and looking to take the Kathy Grant Heritage Training in the future.
Kit Matthews

Additionally, she is certified in CARDIOLATES®, a Barre Above Master Trainer, a TRX educator for Club Pilates, and a National Senior Master Trainer for Club Pilates.
Her teaching style reflects her roots as a dancer, a marathon runner, and an IRONMAN athlete.
