By combining her professional and personal experience as a mother of two, Shari was driven to create CoreRehab. Shari opened her first studio in Cherry Creek in 2021, and Posture Power Wellness at its current location in 2023.
Certified Pilates Teacher
After 15 years in digital, I wanted to do something that connected me with people instead of a screen. I began teaching Pilates in Denver in 2018.
I completed 158 hours of in-person workshops and 600 external practice hours for my classical pilates teacher training program. I am NCPT certified as of 2023 and looking to take the Kathy Grant Heritage Training in the future.

With back and hip injuries from ballet, she turned to Pilates to help her realign and rehab her own body. In 2006, Kit earned her Pilates Mat certification with Linda Farrell and her apparatus certification at Pilates Academy International (PAI) in New York City.
Additionally, she is certified in CARDIOLATES®, a Barre Above Master Trainer, a TRX educator for Club Pilates, and a National Senior Master Trainer for Club Pilates.
Her teaching style reflects her roots as a dancer, a marathon runner, and an IRONMAN athlete.
