Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It was developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer, Joseph H. Pilates. He believed that to have a strong body, you must have a strong core.  

Classes are conducted done on Pilates equipment such as a reformer, tower, and chair. All classes are limited to 5-6 people so everyone gets individualized attention and focus on proper body mechanics.

Pilates Classes

Core Rehab

Designed with postpartum bodies in mind! Focus on finding neutral alignment, learn how to move within neutral, and strengthen the body as a whole. You will leave the class feeling more centered, aligned, and balanced! Core Rehab is also perfect for people new to pilates, suffering from chronic pain, and rehabbing back or abdominal surgeries. 

Jumpboard

A full body strengthening and cardio workout in one! Clients use reformers with a padded jumping surface suitable for plyometric and aerobic exercises. 

Mixed Equipment

Utilizing varying pieces of pilates equipment, we keep each session fresh and ever-changing. Classes may utilize reformers, tower, chairs, suspension trainers, and/or small props.

Pilates Mat & Props

Teachers modify Joseph Pilates' original mat exercises for all ability levels. With emphasis on spinal alignment, mat addd a layer of awareness to breathing patterns while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Props can be incorporated to enhance students' form and intensify the workout.

Joe's Gym

Follow a personalized routine on Pilates equipment for the same price as a class! Small group sessions run 55 minutes with a certified Pilates teacher to provide corrections, modifications, and assistance as needed.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Private Lessons

Spend a full hour working one-on-one with one of our teachers for a session tailored to your needs. Our instructors meet you where you are at! Utilizing corrective exercise, personal training, and Pilates exercises, we design programs that fit your needs and interests, creating the most beneficial session for you.


Duets

Private lessons for two with one of our teachers. (If you're a fan, our Partner in Pilates membership offers 4 duets each month!)
